Premium Packaging is a trading company for food packaging and hygiene products, i.e. goods intended for a clientele consisting mainly of wholesalers, central purchasing offices, restaurant chains and distributors. In order to maintain a certain level of ethics with our customers, we do not deal directly with restaurant owners. This would be tantamount to marketing to our customers’ customers.
If you are an independent restaurateur, we are able to redirect you to one of our clients, thanks to our considerable presence throughout France.
However, if you represent a restaurant chain, with an organisation comparable to that of a wholesaler, we will be able to satisfy your needs.
At Premium Packaging, the minimum order is set at €2,000 excluding VAT for the Ile de France and €3,000 excluding VAT for other destinations. For more information, please contact our sales department :

Premium Packaging makes it a point of honour to market quality products. For this reason, a quality department is responsible for monitoring and guaranteeing the excellence of our products on a daily basis. If you would like to obtain samples to test our products before placing an order, please contact our sales department, stating your requirements:
Because we do our utmost to respect deadlines so that you always have your orders on time, and thanks to our permanent stock of at least 1000 pallets, we guarantee deliveries within 24H to 72H* from the validation of the order for metropolitan France, and from 2 to 10 days* depending on the destination for deliveries outside metropolitan France
*These lead times are subject to stock availability and may be subject to variations beyond our control.
When you are confronted with a non-conformity on a product or an order, it is to our quality department that you must turn:

In order for our staff to be able to satisfy your request as quickly as possible, please include the following information with your request:
- A photo of the non-conformity found
- The name of the product, with its lot number and its expiration date
- The quantity affected by the non-conformity
At Premium Packaging we offer 4 payment methods :
- Transfer
- Proforma transfer before delivery
- Cheque
- Pre-authorized payment 30d after receipt of order, subject to credit insurance approval
Please note, the first 3 orders must be paid in proforma invoice in advance

As a large part of our customer portfolio is located in the Ile-de-France region, we have decided to permanently stock our products in this same region, more specifically in Lieusaint (77).
